HOMEBREWERS COMPETITION
Show Date—June 30, 2018 the Lynn Dunn Memorial Building - Boardroom
Entry Time—8:00 AM
Judging—9:30 AM

GENERAL RULES
1) There are no residency restrictions to enter this contest
2) Participants must be 21 years of age to enter this contest
3) This contest is open to participants who create beer as amateur hobbyists and the use of professional equipment and BOP facilities is prohibited.
4) This is a FREE contest. There are no entry fees or cost to participate in this event.
5) Entry forms should be complete and brought with or completed day of event.
6) Contestants are limited to one entry per sub-category. For example a contestant may enter an American Lager (1b) as well as a Cream Ale (1c) but may not enter two American Lagers or two Cream Ales even if they are different brews.

xii. Pale Commonwealth Beer

8) The competition committee reserves the right to combine categories based on the number of entries. All possible efforts will be made to combine similar styles. All brews in combined categories will be judged according to the style they were originally entered in.
9) Entries should be delivered in person on the day of the competition. Mailed entries or entries delivered prior to the day of the competition will not be accepted.
10) Bottles should be clean and free of labels and markings, other than a label with the contestants name and the description of the entry.
11) Entrants supply two (2) bottles of each entry.
12) Beers will be judged using the 2015 BJCP Guidelines
13) Judges will determine the best homebrew in each category along with a Best of Show (1st, 2nd and 3rd place awarded)
